As a Global Operations Team Leader, Paul leads security teams within our corporate clients’ Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs) stationed around the world. Paul and his team deliver actionable security responses to incidents affecting our corporate clients around the world.

Throughout his tenure at GDBA, Paul has successfully started and managed GSOCs in numerous countries. His responsibilities have included providing critical support functionality for the safety and security of more than 35,000 personnel and 170 facilities. By leveraging his global intelligence assets and technological databases, Paul and his team deliver actionable security responses to security incidents affecting our corporate clients around the world.

Paul was recruited by our firm after an eight year security career in the private and public sector, where he played key roles at numerous Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes protective intelligence, internal investigations, risk mitigation, crisis management, and the creation of security training programs. Paul also served as a Witness Security Analyst at the U.S. District Attorney’s Office, where he provided investigative support for felony cases involving wiretaps, search warrants/seizures, evidence inventory, court testimonies, and litigation briefing reports.
